Blue Velvet Scene Re-Sound Design

In this project me and Benjamin Høyer tried to emit as much emotion and storytelling with minimalistic sound design as possible. We aimed to create an eerie feeling for the audience.

We focused on making the sound design be as realistic as possible, while also making it tell the story without any words. I did a lot of the foley work. The foley we recorded was everything from clothes being ripped to trains passing by. The musical element in the end was a creative decision, to try to simulate the feelings the actor was feeling when seeing the ear.
